Our Policies

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay.

 

No personal check accepted.

 

It is recommended that clients call in advance when requesting nail art to ensure enough time is reserved for services.

 

Please be advised that management reserves the right to adjust or reduce appointment times, or terminate services if guest is tardy for their scheduled appointment.

 

If you are 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no show and treated as a walk-in upon arrival.

 

Scheduling an appointment guarantees service, but does not guarantee your service will begin at the requested time. Estimated and actual service times vary. Please allow for extra time in your schedule when making an appointment.

 

The time block for each service is an estimated value based on typical average time spent. Actual service time may vary depending on the selection of services at check-in and the condition of each customer.

 

Listed price for each service when booking is for our lowest price package. Actual pricing may vary depending on the customer’s requests.

 

*No refunds.* If you are dissatisfied with your results or service at any time, we request that you alert a manager immediately.

 

Any client or children of clients causing a disruption to the atmosphere of the salon or does not follow salon policy will be denied service and asked to leave.
